World Mental Health Day- October 10, 2020
Telling a family member you need time to cool down before discussing something that gets you upset, asking a friend to check on you during a difficult week or talking openly about your family's positive experiences with mental health counseling are all ways you can make others see that taking care of your mental health is not something to hide. It's a normal part of life. We all need a break sometimes! You can show others that you are not a perfect superhero, but that you are a regular person, who sometimes needs help. It could make a huge difference in someone's life!
