Martin Luther king jr
Born January 15th 1929. Died April 4th 1968. Martin Luther king jr was a great powerful leader. He led the march to Birmingham twice. The first march was unsuccessful and finally the second was a success.
Stokely Carmichael
Born June 29th 1941. Died November 15th 1998. a Trinidadian-American black activist active in the 1960s American Civil Rights Movement. Growing up in the United States from the age of eleven, he graduated from Howard University and rose to prominence in the civil rights and Black Power movements, first as a leader of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC, pronounced "snick") and later as the "Honorary Prime Minister" of the Black Panther Party.
Malcom X
His nickname was El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz. He supported the black panthers and the black Muslims. Malcom x got assianated on February 21st 1965. Born may 19th 1925.
