Our Mission Statement
PRAYER
Lord,
Let everything I do this day and in this season of Lent come from you, be inspired by you.
I long to be closer to you.
Help me to remember that nothing is important in my life unless it glorifies you in some way.
It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day of my life and keep saying,
"Tomorrow, I will spend more time in prayer," but now my longing meets your love and I want to do it now.
Help me to rely on you for help.
The prayer asks you that I reach perfection.
Please, Lord, remind me that "perfection" isn't the crazy, "successful" way I try to live my life, but a perfection of my most authentic, real self.
My "perfection" might be holding my many flaws in my open hands, asking you to help me accept them.
Heal me, Lord, and help me to find you in the darkness of my life.
Let me reach out in this darkness and feel your hand and love there to guide me.
Amen
A Note from Mrs. Longden
We began the Lenten Season this week with Ash Wednesday. This is a wonderful time of the year to teach our school children about the life of Christ, the suffering, the death, and the meaning of all as it brings the glory of the Easter Resurrection. Our children see the battered body of Jesus hanging on the crucifix each day as we pray. To make sense of it all requires the mind of a genius and the faith of angel. Yet, when a child gazes upon this site, they are able to ask the most sophisticated questions and have the most inquisitive curiosity about our salvation. They can clearly see good and evil at work. We give them the opportunity to dig deep throughout their years at our school. The Holy Trinity students develop a solid and lasting base from which they will find themselves pulling from over and over again as life’s journey brings them to many places.
In the weeks ahead, our Holy Trinity students will lead prayer for their classes and the entire school, will walk the path of the stations in various formats, will give alms to the poor, will participate in confession, and will attend adoration, and will study, learn, sacrifice, and focus on Jesus.
Blessings,
Mrs. Longden

Mrs. Jessica Herriges is looking for more students to attend the potential Steubenville trip:
Steubenville St. Paul:
When: July 28-30, 2023
Where: University of St. Thomas St. Paul, MN
Cost: $350 per student (includes transportation, lodging and conference) Fundraisers will be set up to help off set the costs. The amazing bonus of this conference and location is that we have no hotels to deal with as the students stay on campus at the University of St. Thomas. They can play frisbee outside and are in a much safer environment for a retreat. Zachary Galante will be leading the group!
