Co-Teaching & Inclusion

Strategies for 7-12 educators and administrators

Professional Learning with Kim Landrum

Whatever your classroom environment or years of teaching, everyone can appreciate the need for best practices and inventive strategies for a co-teaching and/or inclusion situation. This professional learning opportunity will provide a focus on the following:
  • The definition and different models of co-teaching
  • Essential components of co-teaching
  • Effective instructional strategies for the inclusive classroom
  • Collaborative time to plan a co-taught lesson

This session is for general education teachers, special education teachers, administrators, and anyone interested in pursuing excellence in their profession. It is recommended to register at least a pair of teachers from each school -- a teacher team including an administrator would be ideal!
