Parent Teacher Conferences are Thursday September 28, 2023, from 5 pm - 8 pm in person and Friday September 29, 2023, from 8 am - 12 pm in person. Be sure to sign up for a time with your teacher(s) now!

Parents! Resources are available for interpreters. If you would like to request an interpreter to assist at your child's conferences, please complete the Parent Interpreter Request Form.

Earn volunteer hours by providing snacks to the CCA staff every Monday. Store bought items equal one volunteer hour, and homemade items count as 2 volunteer hours. Sign up one week before you will bring snacks. We love taking care of our teachers and staff!

Attention Parents! CCA Student Council is open for 5-8 grades. We are excited to plan fun and engaging events and activities for the school. If your child is interested in joining Student Council, please fill out the following Google Form. There is no fee to participate. If you would like to learn more about student council, please read the Student Council Introduction document. If you have any questions, please contact Moon Lee at mjlee@cherrycreekacademy.org.

The Book Fair is coming! The Scholastic Book Fair will be here next week, September 25 - 29. Classes will be coming in during the week to look around and shop. The fair will also be open during parent teacher conferences. The hours are as follows: Monday - Wednesday 7:30AM - 4:00PM Thursday 7:30AM - 8:00PM Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM. Parents, each year we put together a slideshow video of our 8th graders and show it at graduation. We are asking that you please fill out this form in order to submit a baby/young child photo of your 8th grader and a current photo of them to be shared at graduation. As a part of our Veterans Day Assembly, scheduled for November 10, 2023 at 8 am, we would like to honor the brave people in our community who have served or are currently serving in the military. To include a member of the military to be honored during our assembly please share their name and the branch of the military they served in or are currently serving in, an optional picture, and bio or information about their time serving in the link below. Thank you for your participation. This year we will invite those Veterans, as well as families of students and members of our community to our school to join us for our in person assembly.

The Fly Like an Eagle committee is a group of parents and staff working together to promote our Eagle Honor character traits at CCA through events and activities. We are looking for additional members to join our committee. Our mission benefits from diverse viewpoints and we welcome your voice. Join us and make a difference! If interested, please plan to attend our October 6 meeting in Meg MacFarland’s classroom or email ptoflae@cherrycreekacademy.org.

K-4 Family Movie Night - CCA Field - Friday, September 22 6-8pm

The PTO invites families of K-4 students to join us for a Movie Night on the CCA field! Bring your blankets! CCA will be selling concessions and pizza (cash only).

Please note this a family event - not a student drop off event. In case of inclement weather, we will move the event to the gym.
