1. All students will report to all exams as scheduled.
Exceptions will be granted only as follows:
*If a student is scheduled for all three exam periods the first day and those exams are all comprehensive (meaning they cover the work from the entire semester), they may request to shift the time of one of the exams.
*Arrangements must be made in advance with the teacher of the course in which the time-shifted exam is to be taken, and an exam change form must be completed.
*A time-shifted exam may only be moved to a scheduled study hall or make-up exam period.
2. All students will be required to be in attendance during exam periods. Students will not be required to attend study hall.
3. A supervised study hall will be conducted in the commons during each period. Regular study hall rules will apply.
4. Parents may request that their student attend study hall by calling the high school attendance office at 642-6760 ext. 5241. Attendance will be monitored for those students.
5. Students will be expected to arrive for their exams on time. If students are tardy,
they are expected to immediately report to the attendance office and make arrangements to make up the exam.
6. Once you arrive on school grounds and enter the school, you must report to an exam or to the study area. You will not be able to leave school or travel in the building except during the passing break.
7. No student will be allowed in the halls during exam periods unless accompanied by a teacher or staff member. No teacher hall passes will be valid on these days.
8. Students are not allowed to visit any other East Troy School (Elementary or Middle School) at any time during final exam days.
