I can pass the ball, dribble, shoot, and run, but I need milk to do that. All I know is that I need milk for energy.

Kids like me need four servings of milk a day to stay healthy. Milk helps your bones get stronger. There is 25% vitamin D, 30% calcium, 11% potassium, 16% protein, 6% vitamin A, ect. in milk. Milk is my favorite. Milk helps me do almost everything.
