8th Grade Teachers
Congratulations to the eighth grade teachers. The eighth grade teachers have been doing the "Get-A-Life" Project for over twenty years. This last Tuesday was another very successful day of eighth grade students living Fantasy and Real lives, avoiding jail time and getting part time jobs.
6th Grade Teachers
Congratulations to the sixth grade teachers. Thursday and Friday was the annual "Chain-O-Lakes" Project. The sixth grade teachers have been doing this outdoor education project for many years. The students dissect sharks, learn to use a compass, identify bugs in a swamp and stay the night in a cabin. By all accounts, this year was a great success.
Bosch Grant Recipients
Congratulations to Ben Riehm, Brian Wesson and Shawn Hoover. Ben received $6458 from Bosch to purchase digital microscopes and 3D cameras. Brian Wesson received a Bosch grant for $4395 to purchase VEX Robots. Thanks to Shawn Hoover for helping write the grants.
Art Show
Congratulations to the Art Department. This was a busy couple of weeks. The Annual Throw Day was moved to this last week. There were some outstanding pieces created. The Annual Senior High Art Show is going on now in the Auditorium lobby. Congratulations to Abbey Mault and the art students.
Canstruction
One more SHOUT OUT to the CN Canstruction crew. The awards program was this last week and they cleaned up. They won the following awards:

Tennis
Congratulations to Coach Brad Parker the Girls' Tennis Team. They are currently 12-1. The NECC Conference Championship started Thursday and 4 of the 5 teams won and will play on Saturday for the chance to win the conference. GOOD LUCK!
