Big picture

Thank you Students, Parents, and Guardians

Notre Dame wants to send you a sincere thank you for your patience, cooperation, and resilience as we worked together to deliver at home learning.

Please look for information from the Alberta Government on August 1st about what schooling will look like in September.

We hope you have a safe and blessed summer.

Celebrating 2019-2020

While this was not the year that any of us had planned we still have much to be thankful for. Please take a few minutes on our Facebook page to watch our annual year-end video as well as a special tribute to the Graduating Class of 2020.

Please visit our facebook page to see the video.

Report Cards

As we continue to go paperless, year-end report cards are now available on Powerschool for you to view and print at home.

Timetables and Schedules

Timetables for students will be live on PowerSchool starting the week of August 24.

Timetable changes will be very limited and will only be made if your child failed a course or they are missing a graduation requirement.

Opening Dates

If we are permitted to do so, school photos and ID cards are scheduled for August 24 and 25.

Students are able to come to the school and get photos taken on either of those two dates.

September 1st is the makeup day for photos if your child is not able to come on August 24 and 25.

The first day of school for Grade 10s is August 31. Grade 11s and 12s will join us on September 1st.

Materials Return

Thank you to all the students who returned their textbooks and Chromebooks. If your child was unable to return their textbooks this past week, please have them bring their books back on picture day in August.

Online Classes

With the closure of St. Gabriel's Online School, we are excited that blended learning will be moving into Notre Dame.

Any Notre Dame students wanting to register for an online course for the 2020-21 school year will be able to do so when we return to school.

Please see a letter from Red Deer Regional Schools for more details.
