Spartan Spotlight
April 2022
Greetings Spartans,
Let’s hope spring is actually here. Our winter wasn’t very kind to us this year. Last year at this time there was no snow on the ground and everyone was outside enjoying their favorite spring activites and we were fighting COVID. This year we have a new variance and have had multiple blizzards. Let’s hope all of this is in the rearview mirror and everything will begin to turn green and there is no major crest on the Red River.
Winter activities are in the books and we had some real success stories again this year at North High. We have successfully completed registration, mandatory testing and so much more. Looking forward with National Society Induction, AP Testing, Prom and of course all of our other spring activities.
Take a close look at the newsletter, I am sure there is something for almost everyone.
As always, thanks for your continued support.

All male students are required by law to register within 30 days of their 18th birthday. To register go to SSS.gov. You can preregister at 17 years and 3 months of age. Why is this so important? If you fail to register you are unable to receive federally funded college loans and grants; are unable to get into federally funded training and certification programs; are barred from all federal employment; ineligible for many state and local government jobs. Spending 45 seconds online registering at SSS.gov can save a man 45 years of headaches and heartaches.
