On Weekends we work but have no office hours. So write or call anyway, you will hear from us no later than the following Monday.

Cuba is exciting and mysterious especially if its your first time traveling there. Over the years you've heard different things about this magic green island both good and bad and naturally you have questions. At this point many Americans have traveled there so, most likely, you will find a newly inspired "Cuba expert" in your own circle who has been there once or twice and will tell you what you must and must not do. All good information, but test those theories and suggestions with us to make sure they will work for you, We are here to provide you with the best updated information so that you can bounce any questions or doubt that you may have by us and we will give you our honest and experienced opinion and suggestions.

If you are reading this, you successfully finished your on line form and received your welcome confirmation e mail message from us.
If you did not include your rooming preferences or have questions on what you put in the on line form write to customerservice@cubatoursandtravel.com
2. OMG! ALL THESE FORMS!
Please take a deep breath and fill out your name and personal information first on all the forms. Secondly sign and date all places that ask you for your signature. Thirdly try to answer all questions that you have an answer to. If you do not know what to write please leave it blank.

YOUR AIR ITINERARY
Right around now you will start thinking about booking your flight to catch the first leg of the Cuba inbound flight that you are on. You are probably flying into Mimai.
Please do not book your flight until you get your "Flight Itinerary" from us. This document usually comes out around twelve weeks before departure.

3. DEPOSITS, BILLING, PAYMENTS
We will diligently keep track of your payments and credit your account. After the initial invoice goes out, you will get statements showing what you paid and what is due.
Deposits are due one hundred days before departures. Full payment must be in place thirty days before departure.

5. WHERE IS MY STUFF?
We strive to get you your travel documents two weeks (14 days) before departure.
If you need to have them sent to a different address from what you put in your sign up or if you need them sooner please write to

Please note that our policy is to not release travel documents until the trip is paid in full.

If you chose to get our meet and greet service at the Miami airport, our MIA Airport Guide will take good care of you. Please find details in your air itinerary.
7. Reaching us while you are in Cuba and getting calls from home
If you have an issue while you are in Cuba, the first person to discuss this with is your Havanatur Guide. The Guide is trained on how to handle almost any issue or problem on the ground in Cuba. If they need to they will communicate with us and we will help resolve it quickly so that you can enjoy your trip or come back immediately.
