4 Year Old Staffie Mix

Kermit's a rock star...handsome and confident...girl dogs love him...boy dogs want to be him! Look in his eyes and he'll take you from the sweet "love me" of a ballad to the all-out energy of a speaker-blowing anthem.

To see him is to love him. Behind his dashing public image, he's a smart guy who learns quickly. He's a softie who likes to curl up on the couch and rest his chin on a friendly lap. He'd make a great hiking buddy - he even loves car rides! And he loves playing fetch, tug and working the agility course!

Kermit does great with cats! He will do best in an adult home, and he would enjoy living with another dog - hopefully one who is as puppy-like as he is and won't be annoyed by his energetic attitude! Kermit had a tough start, but he's come a long way. He was a stray and came back to APA emaciated with a bad heart, but with inexpensive daily medications, he's a happy healthy boy. He didn't have any training before he came to APA!, but since he's been back, he's completed a basic obedience class, discovered a love of agility and is a star in our TTouch classes.

It would be ideal for him to continue his agility training because he is a natural! He will reward you with loyalty and love for years to come. Please give this boy a chance at a happy life in a happy home!
