The culture of learning is imperative to create a school infrastructure of empowerment, accountability and ownership of the students and staff, leading to student success in achievement and attainment.

Yet, this begs the question of...

"How does one change the Modus Operandi (method of operating) of a student?"


Let us ask the following question of Who, What, Where, When, Why and How to begin to shed the light of HOPE on this most diabolical situation of the High School Dropout crises.

where the dropout rate is 26% ,(America is 27%) the...

  • Lack of support systems external and internal
  • Diamond in the rough needs support and understanding
