Breakfast
This is a boil egg cut in half with the yolk taken out. You than put an uncooked egg in the boiled egg half and dry it in lard or deep fry it.

egg; hard boiled
Parsley
Egg; raw
butter
Lunch
a dauce egre
This a sweet and sour fish
boil and fry a tender or fresh haddock in olive oil, than boil sugar vinegar and fish all together

Red wine Vinegar
sugar
Dinner
Peel carrot, onion, and turnip. boil in one quart of water. Add barley, and parsley.

Beverages
mead
beer
spirits
People drank wine, mead, and beer because the water was not very clean and it was safer to dink wine, mead, and beer than it was to drink water.

thin pieces of pastry cover with saucer and fry in olive oil cover with honey
