Day 1

You ate a good amount of grains but really need to eat more fruits and vegetables. You drank 100 % of the milk that you needed. The amount of protein was good. Way too much sodium.

Day 2

Not quite enough grains. Still not enough fruits and vegetables. You didn't drink any milk and not nearly enough protein. The amount of sodium was fine.

Day 3

Great amount of grains. Still not enough vegetbales but a good amount of fruit. You have the right amount milk but almost 2 times the amount of protein. Way, way too much sodium.
