Geography
China is a quite large country its total land area is 9,596,961 km. It stretches 3,250 mi from east to west and 3,400 mi from north to south. Next, the climate is very diverse, it ranges from tropical in the south to subarctic in the north. Also, China is bordered by multiple seas and other bodies of water, such as the Yellow Sea and East China Sea, plus many more. Continuing with water, the Yangzi river is the longest river in China and the third longest river in the world. And the main cause of rainfall in China is the seasonal monsoons. Moving to China's land now, China is mostly mountainous, also it has one of the highest and lowest points on Earth. Tupan Pendi being lowest at -154 m below sea level, and Mount Everest being the highest at 8,850 m above sea level, which is located on the border of China.
