When my friend, Rachel, rarely flosses her teeth. To get her to floss her teeth more often, I gave her a calendar to check off the days she flossed her teeth. This will keep track of her flossing. I also told her to play a song while she brushes her teeth. This will give her an idea for how long she has to brush her teeth for.
