The Delaware Valley Region of the Pennsylvania Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (DVR-PASCD) and Neumann University present: Teacher Evaluation: All You Need to Know


Please join Rita D. Perez, Director, Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Bureau of Teaching and Learning in a comprehensive and timely presentation on the new Teacher Evaluation System. Ms. Perez will specifically address the various components of the teacher evaluation system and provide resources for school personnel. A panel discussion with school district representatives will follow. Ideas for implementation, professional development, and data collection will be shared.

19th Annual Technology & Learning Conference at MCCC

Registration is going on now for Montgomery County Community College’s 19th Annual Technology and Learning Conference, scheduled for Friday, Oct. 4 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at the College’s central campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA.


Designed for higher education and K-12 faculty and administrators, the conference is divided into several threads, which include Teaching and Learning; Student Success and Support Services; Security and Identity Management; Library; Emerging Technologies; and e-Learning. Session types include forums, hands-on labs and roundtable discussions.

MCCC’s Teaching and Learning Conference provides a forum for participants to share state-of-the-art information technologies, to contribute to a vision of the future of information technology in the academic enterprise, and to exchange ideas and best practices for incorporating technology, security and learning.
