Do servers need to be well-educated so that they can work in a restaurant? Most of the servers in restaurants are not students graduated from hospitality or even any other programs that they don't know of this industry and would have experienced different kinds of situation occurring when they are running around the tables. But employers seem to be fascinating in hiring less-educated people as their restaurant servers. So how about less-skilled people?
