Friction
Friction is a force that opposes motion. One example of friction is rolling friction,it's between the ground and it will slow a skater down. Sliding friction is the force that acts opposite direction as the box is moved along. Static friction opposes the downward force and keeps the book in place
Speed
Speed is how fast an objects postion changes with any given moment. speed is calculated by Distance divided by time taken to travel
Force
Continuous force- weight is an example of continuous force. Momentary force-is when a baseball batter hits a baseball. Thrust- is when a rocket blasts off.
