Leadership
How Leadership Pertains To Many Individuals
Pope Francis
When he was young, he caught life-threatening pnumonia. Later on, he learned many leadership traits while being a cardinal and Argentitian religious leader. He learned how to do what he thought was right without compromising his own ideals, how to deal with critics, and how to be a caring leader. Probably the most important trait he exhibits is his care for the people he rules. Every person should try to be more caring and less compromising to themselves, as the Pope has done. Leaders do not have to exhibit every leadership trait to be great. Having some qualities of leaders is what everyday people should strive for; being caring and considerate are some things that everyone needs to try to do.
