LEAP 2025 testing for 6th graders begins on Wednesday, April 26th. Please make sure your student arrives at school between 7:00 -7:15 am. All students are required to take the LEAP 2025 test. Letters were sent out to Virtual, Homebound, and Alt. placement students who will be testing on campus. Please make sure your child brings their charged Chromebook, charger, and case with them on the first day of testing.

Please help us to encourage your child to be well-rested, eat breakfast, and try their best.

Scheduling Letters for the 2023-2024 school year will go home on Monday, 4/24 to current 6th and 7th graders. They are due back to school on Tuesday 4/25.

We will be offering 2 new electives in the upcoming school year:

For 7th & 8th graders- French

For 7th & 8th graders- Lache Pas (after school 3 times per week, students will receive a high school credit for Fine Arts Survey (cultural-music, food, history, art). More information will be presented to students in May. This would be in addition to the school day on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. You will see an interest question concerning this on the scheduling letter.

May 15-19- Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week

May 16- Acadiana STEM Fest

May 23- Academic Award Ceremony (6:00 pm), invitations will be sent out.

May 24- EOY PBIS fun day (students must wear their ID's daily to participate)

May 26- Last day of school, report cards mailed home
