Turner Fellows Program - Due March 17 at 4 p.m.

Turner Entertainment Networks (http://www.turner.com/) is looking for five Grady AdPR students to work in a paid full-time marketing (3 interns) or social media (2 interns) fellowship from May 11 to July 31, 2015 (12 weeks). Brunner Atlanta Internship Program - Due April 7 at 4 p.m.

Brunner (http://www.brunnerworks.com/) is looking for two Grady AdPR students to work in paid full-time art director (1 intern) and media (1 intern) internships from June 1 to August 7, 2015 (10 weeks). FOUR QUICK JOB SEARCH TIPS

  1. Research the employer: Visit the company or organization's website to research the mission and the job description before you apply for a job.
  2. Get your resume critiqued: The Career Center hosts walk-in hours M-F 12pm-2pm on the 2nd floor of Clark Howell Hall. Grady satellite hours are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1pm-3pm in Journalism Building room 309-D.

Grady Goes to IHG, The Home Depot, and UPS

Applications are now closed for Grady Goes. Please look out for our next trip in the fall.


Students chosen for the trip on March 20 must submit a refundable $10 deposit due to the Career Center front desk at Clark Howell Hall on Wednesday, March 18 by 5:00 p.m. Students will receive their deposit once they are on the bus (Lunch not included. Students will eat at the Perimeter Mall cafeteria). Selected students will also receive a note to give to professors to ask to be excused from class. Please direct questions and concerns to Samantha Meyer at sam610@uga.edu.


On this trip, students will:

- Tour Intercontinental Hotels Group, The Home Depot, and UPS

- Learn about career opportunities in corporate communications, brand communications, and social media

- Network with alumni and professionals

10th Annual GACE Statewide Career Fair
