Mrs. Eske's Team: Building Leaders
4th Grade Newsletter // February 21-24, 2017
From the Desk of Mrs. Eske:
Dear Fourth Grade Families,
It's so wonderful to be feeling better again and I can't wait to be back with the kids tomorrow!!! I truly appreciate all of the extremely sweet-Get-Well notes, Valentine's Day letters, cards, goodies, and presents that I came back to... and just all of the love and well-wishes that I received when I was out sick. I am very, very blessed!!
Also, my sincerest gratitude goes out to those who were able to send in items and help out with the Valentine's Day party! This has been the first one that I have had to miss in 13 years of teaching, so I was definitely very disappointed to not be there to celebrate the fun occasion with my sweet class.
It is so hard to be absent as a teacher, as I am sure it is with many professions, and it is definitely not something that I take lightly. So, I truly do appreciate your flexibility because as the old saying goes, "When it rains, it pours!" Unfortunately, that seems to be the case for me and my family the last few weeks. But, again, thank you for everything that you do to help the children to be on their best behavior when I do have to be gone. I try to do my best, even when having substitute teachers, to keep the learning environment as engaging, structured, and consistent as possible.
With your child's best interest at heart,
Mrs. Eske
