Common Core ELA Standards for Writing
7. Conduct short as well as more sustained research projects based on focused questions, demonstrating understanding of the subject under investigation.
8. Gather relevant information from multiple print and digital sources, assess the credibility and accuracy of each source, and integrate the information while avoiding plagiarism.
How can I help you and our students meet these key standards? I would love to collaborate with you on lessons, planning, and/ or resources!
BreakoutEDU
We have purchased one kit to house in the library. If you would like to implement this with your students I am happy to help with finding a ready made game, setting up the box, and/ or the actual implementation.
For more information go to BreakoutEDU.
Check out how other teachers are using it at the blog.
