Water Pressures

My opinion on water pollution
In my opinion water pollution is a horrible thing. People always say that they are going to stop polluting the waters, but 10 minutes later they throw their coffee cup that they were drinking on the ground. People think, oh one kleenex won't hurt, until you throw each and every peice of kleenex you use. We are the onces creating this pollution. We can't just keep doing that and think everything is going to be fine.
What it looks like when our lakes and seas are drowning in chemicals, waste and plastic
This is water when it gets polluted. It turnes brown because of al the oil
what happens when oil leaks from your car
When you drive, the oil from your car leaks on the roads. Then if a big wake comes or if we get flooded all of that water will go to the lakes, And it caries the oil with it.
What happens when a lot of people throw there trash in the lake water
The main cause of water pollution. People throwing there trash in the lake waters and more.
What water pollution does
Water pollution does not just ruin the water in one way, it ruines it in many ways and makes it harder for us to live our lives normaly. First of all when the water gets polluted we continue to lose fresh and drinkable water. So we are practicaly wasting water that is perfectly fine for us. There are so many people that would do ANYTHING for one drop of clean fresh non - polluted drinkable water.
3 articles that explain water pressure
How much longer until we run out of enough drinkable water? #1
Only about 2.5 percent of earths water is freshwater and two thirds of that is locked up in glaciers and ice caps. In the west their growing food and supplying water to our communities by overpumping groudwater. Ogallala Aquifer provides 30% of groundwater used for irrigation in the country. We can't keep on pumping earthwater, it is getting to expensive to pump.
Were the danger lies for watersheds across the country #2
A review of Canada's fresh water supply has bin getting a lot of threats from pollution. With a population of 0.5 % Canada has powered over 20% of the global water supply and importante resources that people take for granted becasue they trust it to much. They are the ones causing these threats from polution.
how much of earths water is frozen? #3
A lot of earth's ice is held in two ice sheets, one in Antarctica and one in Greenland. The Antarctica ice sheet has about 90% of global ice mass, while the Greenland ice sheet has about 10%. The Greenland ice sheet runs from 5,000 to 14,000 feet in thickness in some places. Smaller glaciers are also found on every continent on earth, in about 50 countries, with rare glaciers in Iceland, Canada, Chile, Argentina, and the US state of Alaska. So as you can see here there are a lot of ice sheets, and those ice sheets contain water. But sadly that water is also not drinkable.
Why does all of these articles have somethig to do with water pressure and the loss of water we are dealing with
All of these 3 articles do have something in comon because in all these articles they are all talking about what water is being used for instead of drinking it. The first article is explaining that we don't have a lot of drinkable water left because all the water is getting locked up in glaciers and ice caps. The second article is saying that polution is becoming a real problem, and how there are to many people causing it. Finaly the third one is saying how much of earths water is frozen, the exact amount. And as you can see here the last one explains a bit better of how much time until we run out of fresh non - polluted drinkable water. All of these things are making it harderfor us to live. You think ice is pretty in antarctica, well it is but its also a lot of water that could be used for drinking
