Husky Families,
Another great week at the Dale! Our 3rd-grade students took their BOG Reading assessment like champs! I am really proud of how hard they worked on their first extensive testing session. This coming week our 5th grade students will be going on our first adventure with Muddy Sneakers. This is a great opportunity for our students to dig deep into science while experiencing our beautiful mountain area.
Looking forward to another great week!!! Go Huskies!!!

Event/Activities Information
Sept. 21-Letterland Alive!: Our K-3rd grade students use a phonics program that incorporates characters with letters and their sounds. The Flat Rock Playhouse is bringing these characters to life for our students on Wednesday next week! In addition, the Flat Rock Playhouse will be bringing a show for our 4th and 5th graders on NC History called Greetings from NC!
Sept. 28th Picture Day: Please be watching for order forms to come home for our fall picture day.
