Please read the steps below to obtain a work permit:


  1. Start by clicking on this link - Work Permit Information
  2. Make sure you qualify for a permit by reading the directions.
  3. Fill in the application, and get the documents needed- email Ms. Sifter at jennifer.sifter@puhsd.org a picture of everything. Her room number is L107.
  4. Once all of this is done the district will create your permit and email it back to you


Permits are only valid for one workplace.
