Schoolwide Fun- Chalk the Walk

We are making it a priority to have FUN at school through schoolwide community events! Our first of the 21-22 Schoolwide Fun events was to chalk the walks together with positive messages and images for our community to enjoy. Below are a few pictures of our creations. Arrival and Dismissal Updates

Thank you so much for helping us to improve our arrival and dismissal process. We have been able to improve the efficiency and, more importantly, the safety during these times. Please remember two things to help us continue to improve.

1. Arrival: You may not park on Bray St. before an adult is out there. Please either drive around and come back, or park in the lot and walk them up.

2. Dismissal: If you would like your student to be a park and pick up for one day, you need to write a note. Otherwise, they will not be sent out with that group of students, and you will be standing there with no student to pick up. We then have to call them out separately, which causes a back up in the calling of kids in the car line up.

Attendance- Vacation Form

If your student will be missing school for a planned trip, event, etc. Please request a vacation form from your student's teacher and return to the office. This is the process for excusing such absences.

Grandparent's Days- Postponed

We LOVE having our grandparents join us for Grandparent's Week, but we feel it is safest to postpone this event until the Spring. We miss you all and hope to have our annual gathering at a later date.

Olive Popcorn Fundraiser

The school holds one fundraiser a year. The funds received from this fundraiser go to a variety of things to serve our students and improve our school. We just recently ordered all new picnic tables for the back of the school with funds from our previous sale. We also use this money for our schoolwide fun events, assemblies, field trips, recess equipment, etc. We are hoping to accumulate funds to improve our playground. Please help by participating in the popcorn sale. If you would like to make a donation, instead of selling popcorn, that's ok too. Thanks, in advance, for your support.
