Our UES Parent/Teacher conferences are coming soon! Your child's teacher will reach out to schedule a conference. Our conference schedule is as follows*:

November 15 - Conferences 1:30-3:00 PM

November 16 - Conferences 1:30-3:00 PM and 6:00-7:30 PM

November 20 - Conferences 1:30-3:00 PM

November 21 - Conferences 1:30-3:00 PM

Or as otherwise scheduled with your child's teacher.

UES with Home and School is delighted to once again participate in the “Thanksgiving Food Drive!” Families in our school community will receive a Thanksgiving Day dinner before the holiday begins thanks to the generous support of our Undeniably Excellent School Community. This year, we have assigned a specific item for your child’s homeroom to collect. Please click on the link below for homeroom assignments.

Homeroom Donation List - Items due by November 17!

Home and School is also coordinating donations of frozen turkeys and non-frozen pies. Donations will be accepted at the Community House on Monday, November 20, 2023 between 7:30 and 10:30 AM. Please sign up in advance to donate a frozen turkey, frozen turkey breast and/or fresh pie here: Turkey & Pies Signup

Toys for Tots donation boxes will be located in our vestibule and in our main lobby from November 13, through December 13. Please consider donating an unwrapped toy to help put a smile on a child's face this Holiday season. For a toy wish list or to make a monetary donation please Click HERE

Our goal is to help our students Be Kind, Be Strong, and Be Well. This month our Character Strong lessons will focus on Responsiblity! Responsibility is 1 of 3 traits we will focus on throughout the year that helps students Be Strong. Across grade levels, students will be developing skills like focusing, organizing, and goal-setting.

• Please be sure your child brings his/her Chromebook fully charged to school each day. The Chromebook should be carried in their UES-issued laptop bag.
• Smart phones and smart watches are not permitted at the UES. If your child brings one to school it must be powered off and placed in their cubby. The UES is not responsible for lost Smart Phones/Watches.
• Please remember that our UES homeroom starts at 8:00 AM. Students arriving after 8:00 AM will be marked tardy.
• If you are dropping off your child's lunch box, please do so prior to 10:00 AM. Lunch delivery cannot be guaranteed after that time.
