"Know" Tech Challenge
- "Know" Your Surroundings- Observe your surroundings as you walk from place to place....keep the phone in your pocket!
- "Know" Your Family- For at least 1/2 hour a night, have a conversation with a family member and no technology!
- "Know Your Co-Workers- Spend at least 1 period a day conversing with a co-worker without viewing your computer, cellphone, or tablet
This is all part of the idea of finding your digital balance. We hope to see you being more present in your day to day activities instead of looking at your phone/tablets!
