September is National Yoga Month! Celebrate with the CMU Yoga-Thon. CMU yoga instructors will teach mini-workshops on warm-up poses, sun salutations, Acro Yoga, standing poses, seated poses, hip openers, back bends, inversions, and meditation! Stay for as long you want! Participation is FREE and a limited amount of yoga mats will be provided.
