Health

To ensure that I have the very best health I can everyday, I will eat healthy and exercise. I will eat healthy by having a fruit and vegetable everyday for the 2 out of 3 meals. For exercise I will participate at dance and try my best to get ready for our competitions. Also to have good health I will think right. I will think more positively about things than negative. I will have the right mind set to think that I can rather than I can't.

PAIN

I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by staying positive, and not letting it get to me as much to put me down. Even though pain is a good thing to learn from; sometimes, pain can be horrible, and feel like the worst thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is that eventually you get better and the pain goes away.

Environment

I Am who i am because of my surroundings

I want happiness from my life. So, I need to surround myself with positive people. When I hang around people who are positive it makes me want to be around them. I also need to do things that make me happy and surround myself with people who make me happy.
