Getting Started

Every position within GCCISD depends in some way on technology. Below are some helpful explanations and instructions on how to access district technology resources.

GCCISD Network/Security

Along with computer access comes responsibility. Take a few minutes to review district expectations as well as network and login information.

My GCCISD Portal

My GCCISD Portal enables single sign-in to district-related programs. This is also how you will access work documents and check your email from home. Click the links below for specific instructions.

TEAMS Frontline Education

TEAMS Frontline Education is the software program we use for Student and Finance management. TEAMS also provides the Employee Service Center that gives you access to Time Cards, Absence Reporting, and Payroll information.


Eduphoria is a suite of comprehensive tools for districts and educators. The integrated apps assist in every aspect of the school day, from lesson planning to monitor student progress, streamlining administrative duties, and providing a collaborative platform for education professionals.


All students K-12 have GCCISD Google Accounts at the @student.gccisd.net domain. All staff has 2 GCCISD Google Accounts, one using the @student.gccisd.net domain and one using the @gccisd.net domain.

District Telephones

​The district phone system is Voice over IP meaning it is connected to the GCCISD network rather than phone lines. It is state of the art with employee presence, instant messaging, video calls, screen sharing and more.


KnowBe4 is a district simulated phishing email test. These tests will be an ongoing initiative to improve the way we look for and report phishing emails.
If you report these emails using the Phishing Alert Report Button, you will get a message indicating that you have passed the test, but if you click on the link or open the attachment in the simulated email, you will fail the test and get assigned trainings from KnowBe4.

Office 365

Office 365 provides access to email and district files from outside the district network. In addition, Office 365 offers a full suite of the latest version of Microsoft Office applications for school and home use. ​
