To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will wash my hands everyday and after I use the bathroom.
I have suffered from "pain" in the past. I expected "pain" in my future. But I will react to that "pain" by telling them thank you for your complaints. What I will gain from this "pain" is the feed back and how I can grow about my actions.
