What is Mental Toughness?

Mental Toughness is the ability to be operationally resilient in any situation or environment. This is a definite advantage when situational adversity comes into play every single day and effects the successful outcome of your competitive plan.

Having led people in conflict and disaster relief operations, I can say without reservation that it is different from day to day operations. Situations such as this demand more from the leader, the people and the mission results. Join me as I provide 6 tips to lead through crisis and keep your people and mission agile, adaptive and consequential.
