Week of September 30-October 4, 2019
A Note From Mrs. Garrison
On Monday, September 30th , the Collins Intermediate PTO is hosting a CISD Bond Information Night. This a great opportunity to get your questions answered!
On October 4th Powell students will be participating in International Walk to School Day. The focus of the day is to encourage our students to “get out of the cars and onto the sidewalks” not just for the event day, but also for the rest of the school year. This event encourages more physical activity, more family involvement, and a better, safer, cleaner environment for all of us.
For those students who live too far away from the school to walk, Mrs. Owens will walk from Capstone Park at 7:30. Mr. Kirbo will be walking from Cat's Cradle and Research at 7:30. They would love for you to join them. Put October 4th on your calendars and we will SEE YOU ON THE PATH!
Enjoy the weekend.
