American Care Act (Obamacare)

By: Jacob Harrison

What is it?

Together with the Health Care and Reconciliation Act amendment, it represents the most significantly overhaul of the U.S healthcare system since the passage of Medicare and Medicaid in 1965. The three governments have dealt with the issue do to different challenges. The government uses the citizens checks and balances for this Act, so more taxes. Yes it has its good sides but the supreme court delayed some ideas, for example, eligibility veterans who are part of TRICARE. The point was to make sure the law recognized that coverage as meeting the individual mandate.
