Puritan Meals
Puritan meals consisted of both extremes, the lightness of the Puritan farming and the expensive English meal. Average Puritan meals would be filled with varieties of fish, roasted meats, and vegetable stew. With meals they would drink Wines or Ales and have delicacies such as cream and wine custard or expensive exotic foods imported from other countries.
