Princeton Lakes HOA Newsletter
December 2018
Note from the HOA Board
Neighbors,
Things in the neighborhood are humming along. Over the past several months we have had many great social events. The highlight was the Annual Pig Roast which I believe had its highest attendance in the past 5 years. Great job to our Social Chairs, Christy Jones and Erin Searles. Christy and Erin have done an outstanding job in this position and they are one of the main reasons why Princeton Lakes is one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in. Their roles on the Board are coming to an end in a few months and we are looking for a few volunteers to take over this role. Anyone interested please either reach out to me (president@princetonlakes.net) or to Christy or Erin (social@princetonlakes.net).
As far as projects we will be working over the next couple of weeks/months, a new wind screen will be going up on the tennis courts and we will be doing some additional work around the pool.
Community Affairs Role will be opening starting April 1, 2019. We appreciate all the time Lisa Kaht spent going to the local community affairs meeting and keeping us up to date on what’s going on in and around our community. Anyone interested in this role please contact me.
Lastly, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season. As always if you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
