Stationery Packs are available to purchase on our school shop

Order by 18th January to receive free delivery to the school.

Any orders received from the 19th January will incur a $2.00 administration fee and delivery is not guaranteed for the for the first day of school.

Please read the pack names carefully to ensure you are buying the correct pack for your child.

If your child is in Te Manawanui, below is the instructions on what pack you need to buy:

Te Manawanui 1 (Maddy Gendall) Pack to buy = Te Manawanui

Te Manawanui 2 (Catherine Mahoney) Pack to buy = Tūhua

Te Manawanui 3 (Layton Brosnahan) Pack to buy =Mōtītī

Te Manawanui 4 (Kahurangi Poa) Pack to buy = Mōtītī

If you are still unsure what pack to buy or you do not know your child's team or room number for 2023 please email admin@papamoa.school.nz and we will reply as soon as we can.

Term 1 2023 starts with a Learning Partnership Day, allowing you to meet one-on-one with your child's teacher.

The purpose of this hui is for you to talk about your child so that your child’s teacher has a better understanding of who they are and can design learning based on this information, e.g their interests, strengths, needs, passions, how they best learn, their life beyond school and any family matters that we need to be aware of.

It is also a great opportunity for you to develop an all-important partnership with your child's teacher by being on the same page right from day one of the new school year.

Booking a Learning Partnership Day Time

You can book a time to meet with your child’s class teacher by:

Step 1 - Go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz - bookings opened on 13th December 2022

Step 2 - Enter the code h7bb2

Step 3 - Enter personal details

Step 4 - Select 1 x time per child per teacher

Step 5 - Submit and you will receive a confirmation email

Each booking is for a 15-minute meeting; for multiple bookings, we suggest you leave a gap between each child.

Before and after the Learning Partnership Meeting you can take your child/children home. School is not open for instruction on this day.

Please note that tamariki do not need to wear their uniform on this day!

Please include your child’s name, team and room number and reason for absence.

If your child arrives at school after 8.40am they are late. Please ensure they sign in at the office before going to class. Thank you.

As part of our School-Links communication system, an automated text message will go out to all unexplained absences. This number is a reply once only.

You can order (or cancel) any time before 8.30am (Yum Yum Lunch) or 9am (Pita Pit) on the day or schedule in advance.

Lunch will be delivered to the school in time for lunch.

In the event of an emergency, sickness or injury we need to be able to contact someone who can collect your child.

Office staff will only administer medicines to students once a form has been completed and signed by a parent or caregiver.
