Weekly Staying Connected, #36, April 15
Major's Moment
We had a beautiful Sunday last week with Captains David and Sharon Kim with their three beautiful children Irene, Erin, and Elim! Then we all had a great time worshipping together at our quarterly United Church Service in San Jose!
There is still more to come today at our Good Friday Service @ 6 PM followed by Bread and Broth. Also, remember to invite friends and family to Easter breakfast @ 9:30 AM and let's celebrate Christ's resurrection together!
We're ready for you!!

From Cadet Sarah - World Services Challenge
I hope you are doing well and having a great week so far! I wanted to reach out and let you know that as I continue this journey in becoming an Officer for The Salvation Army, I do fundraising for the various needs of the Salvation Army Worldwide. This year we are doing a Love is Kind 10K challenge. It cost $50.00 to register and you will receive a medal for the challenge that will be sent out at the end of the month!
I would love it if you would do the challenge with me! I am hoping to get possibly 8 team members to join me. I also understand if that is not a possibility, would you still pray for me, for the mission, and for those who is will go to? This year it is going to aid the ministry in Brazil. On April 29th, there who are participating can join us, Cadets at the college to do the last 3K live! The challenge will end on April 30th .
If you would like to register and join me in the challenge, you can register under my team, SCulley! All you have to do is click the link below! Let's make it happen!
