Prosecution
conduct judicial & non-judicial foreclosure sales. conduct forfeiture proceedings. loan agreements, and draft needs. Pursue repossessions. Represent clients in bankruptcy court.
Defense- Protecting the rights & saving property
Negotiate forbearance agreements, & short sales. Mitigate fees and improper prepayment pentalties. Advise clients regarding the debt relief available under the bankruptcy code. Advise clients of their rights under federal and state unfair debt collection practice laws. Help share legislative reform in foreclosure laws.
