What do bad drugs do to you?
Well, drugs that are bad for you like marijuana, alcohol, extacy and meth can be harmful to you in many ways. They have many, many symptoms but some of them would include the following....
Symptoms and signs of use of illegal drugs
- Mood swings; irritable and grumpy and then suddenly happy and bright
- Withdrawal from family members
- Careless about personal grooming
- Loss of interest in hobbies, sports, and other favorite activities
- Changed sleeping pattern; up at night and sleeps during the day
- Red or glassy eyes
- Sniffly or runny nose
Alcohol
Alcohol is created when grains, fruits, or vegetables are fermented. Fermentation is a process that uses yeast or bacteria to change the sugars in the food into alcohol.
Marijuana
Marijuana is a shredded, green-brown mix of dried flowers, stems, and leaves from the plant Cannabis sativa. A stronger form of marijuana, called hashish (hash), looks like brown or black cakes or balls.
Ecstacy
Ecstasy is a stimulant drug that can cause hallucinations. It is known as a designer drug because it is created for the purpose of making someone feel high.

Why do People Take Illegal or harmful drugs?!
Most people take illegal or harmful drugs because they are facing depression, anxiety, they want to fit in or just because they are bored and are curious. Those are the main reasons why people choose to take drugs. You might be thinking, "Woah, just because you are bored or curious doesn't mean you take drugs. They are addictive, harmful and will change your life forever.." And believe me, that is exactly what I thought! But then, what is the solution to depression, anxiety and more?!

Alternatives and Solutions..
Many people think that drugs are the solution to anxiety, depression, problems and things like that, but they're not. They just make your brain forget about all your problems and in some cases, increases all of them. But if drugs aren't the solution, then what is? Well, extra curricular activities, being around positive and friendly people also helps a lot. You should talk to somebody about your feelings like a really close friend, parent, teacher, sibling or anybody you can trust because if they care about you, they will give great advice. Be part of a team!
It doesn't have to be just soccer, in can be any sport you like to play like basketball, skating, swimming, softball and etc.
Take lessons!
Taking lessons of an instrument like piano or maybe a skill like drawing really helps to get your mind off of most problems and the fact that you learn something new makes you feel good about yourself.
Have FUN!
Play and do things for fun, like go to your friends house, bike, bake a cake, have a game of basketball with your friends, read etc.
