A pdf version of this form is available for download at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BylHRJznRIPeUmRveG4tQU9QdEE/view?usp=sharing. It should be used only for preparation for online submission, NOT for submission by fax, email, or, mail.
ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE ONLINE FORM.
All presentations should fit in one of ten Conference Strands. These are defined on a document at this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BylHRJznRIPeZGs4b2NteEw0R28/view?usp=sharing
The DEADLINE for proposal submission has been extended through June 15, 2016. This Call for Proposals will close after that date.
Presenters will be notified of the acceptance of their proposals by June 17, 2016. Presentations are scheduled upon registration for the conference. Presenters must register by July 15, 2016 to ensure a presentation slot.
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2016 National Dropout Prevention Network Conference!
PLEASE NOTE: The only information used to determine acceptance, and even participants' choice to attend a session, is the information in the proposal. Please be thorough and clear so the program committee and attendees can make a wise selection.
I understand that... (must agree to all) *
All presenters are responsible for their own registration, travel, and lodging expenses, unless prior arrangements have been initiated by the National Dropout Prevention Center/Network.
All presenters are required to register for the conference on or before Friday, July 15, 2016. Presenters who are not registered by that date will lose the opportunity to present.
An LCD projector, screen, and speakers (for computer/video) are provided in each breakout room. Presenters must provide their own laptops. Microphones for breakout sessions are prohibited as the sound may interfere with other sessions.
Attendees do not pre-register for sessions. They choose which session to attend based on relevancy, description, and interest. NDPC/N cannot guarantee attendees will choose any session.
Presenters should be attentive when crafting proposal title and description. The information provided for each proposal determines attendees' interest and impacts selection. Incomplete or incoherent descriptions will not be considered. Please provide your description in paragraph form, not in lists or bullets.
There are only a select number of commercial presentations that will be selected (this includes consultants and independent individuals). Selection priority for these presentations will be given to exhibitors and sponsors.
