Parent to Parent Night

Thursday, Nov. 13th, 7pm

204 W Lanvale St

Baltimore, MD

Curious about what other Redbird parents were thinking this time last year when they realized that their child would be leaving the BHN Nest? Wonder how they determined which school was right for their bird? Interested in hearing how the transitions went? Please join us us for Parent to Parent Night- candid conversations about the Kindergarten process. This event is for adults only and open to Yellowbird and Redbird parents. More details to follow.

BHN's Thanksgiving Pageant

Wednesday, Nov. 26th, 11:30am

1316 Park Ave

Baltimore, MD

With the holidays right around the corner, it's time to start planning for them. (I know the teachers have already begun rehearsing with the children and it's super cute.) On November 26th, all of the Bolton Hill Nursery birds will don adorable costumes and sing sweet songs for your viewing pleasure. We would like to welcome all of our families and their friends to join us in the Brown Memorial Church Sanctuary (located at 1316 Park Avenue) for BHN's Annual Thanksgiving Pageant.

In the past, the pageant was followed by a feast. Unfortunately, with BHN's increased size, we will no longer be able to honor this part of the tradition. However, we would like to encourage families to start a new tradition- perhaps host a classroom potluck of their own following the pageant. Regardless of the the length of the pageant, Bolton Hill Nursery will remain open until 12:30pm at which time we will close so that our staff can return home to their families to celebrate traditions of their own. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.

BOLTON HILL NURSERY WILL BE CLOSED THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH & FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH.

ROSE FINCHES & SCARLET IBISES

This week the Redbirds continued their explorations of dreaming! We learned about the differences between "day dreams" and "night dreams" and read several books on the topic! We continued making entries in our dream journals and also used items from our scrap box to make a "dreamscape" of our own!
