Every School Partnership

An initiative of the ACTS Group

May Update

April was a great month for Church/School Partnerships! About 18 churches in the Sacramento region participated in a school beautification project during the Serve Our Schools emphasis week. About 5 churches also participated in a prayer walk for their school during this time. THANK YOU to everyone who participated in these activities! While weeding, landscaping and praying may seem like small contributions, they can have an incredible unseen and eternal impact in the years to come as relationships are built and God answers prayer on behalf of leaders and families in our communities.

Thanks for faithfully serving your local school,

Megan McCleary

Partnership Resource: Kids Club Consultants

Through current Federal Laws and the California Educational Code, we have the opportunity to provide church sponsored Bible based clubs on public school campuses. Churches are discovering that partnering with their local school allows them the opportunity to serve their local families through offering quality lunch time and after school programs.

Kids Club Consultants has been assisting 70+ churches in Silicon Valley in Bible based public school ministry reaching 3,500 students a week with clear Bible teaching. Their clubs range in size from 25-200 students. Each club is sponsored by the local church. The church builds a relationship with the school and its district, as well as with students and families. Kids Clubs (elementary school clubs) and X Clubs (middle school clubs) meet once a week and mentor the students. Students are excited to share with their families what they are learning about Jesus. When parents see a transformation in their children's lives they begin to see the value of Biblical principles and a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Kids Club Consultants have recently moved to the Sacramento Region and would love to help your congregation start a Kids Club at your local school. Click HERE for more information!
