Chromebooks at Selkirk Middle School
CVSD Chromebooks will be used for the state assessments. Students must use the secure browser on the test (already installed on our CVSD Chromebooks).

Upcoming Assessments in October
Fall State Testing
- Math: October 12 (grades 6-8)
- Science: October 13 (6th grade only)
- ELA: October 19 (grades 6-8)
This fall, Washington students will be participating in the Smarter Balanced Assessments. Students in grades 4 through 9 and grades 11-12 will take the Smarter Balanced Assessments in Math and English Language Arts. Parent Notification Letter
Note: The state tests are online, and students must bring their district-issued Chromebook in order to access the secure website.

- October 22 In PE/Electives (grades 6 and 8)
First Quarter Progress Reports
- First quarter progress reports will be available October 19.
- Parents can login and use PowerSchool to help monitor student progress on a regular basis.
- Information about Middle School Conference Week (October 26-29) will be sent next week.
