The Videos app is part of the Microsoft Office 365 family. It is a repository that maintains video files uploaded. They can be designated to Channels for easier organization.
What does it do?
The Videos app allows for members view videos on anything! As Microsoft puts it, "find, discover, and view important topics and ideas across the company—across their devices—staying informed and in unison." It is a cloud based app that is destined to be a repository.
For users who have permissions, they may upload videos for others to use and view. The possibilities are endless as the videos may be used for self learning, how-to's, recognitions, and other valuable resources.
Where do I find Videos?
- Login to Office 365
- Go to the APP LAUNCHER (top left icon that looks like an array/grid)

Channels
The app has the ability to organize the videos depending on the subject. Microsoft calls these "folders" channels. Channels are added by those who have permission and are named depending on the content theme.
Upload New Video
There are 3 easy steps to upload a new video.

There's an app for that!
O365 Video is a cloud based system, therefore, it can be retrieved anywhere if you have any kind of device and internet connection. First, download the app. Then, sign-in using your district network credentials choosing to login with an organizational account. You now have access to the videos.
