Connections Between RtI, Section 504 and Special Education

RtI referring to 504 or RtI

When the RtI committee refers to 504 or Special Education, students must continue receiving RtI interventions until the perspective meeting takes place.


What happens if students do not qualify for 504 or Sped Services?

If students do not qualify for 504 or special education services, you may refer back to RtI.
